Lower-order delivery: Any minimum order thresholds or postage charges are set by the external retailer.

2. Dispatch & Transit Times

Packaging, dispatch timing, carrier selection, and urgent-order options are controlled by the external retailer and may vary by item, stock status, and delivery address.

3. Returns & Cancellation Policy

In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, subject to the terms below:

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, housed in their presentation box or sleeve, along with all accessories.
Customised or personalised items may be non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or contain a manufacturing fault.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is found to be defective upon arrival.
